Episode 2.4 - A New Cluster of Houses


Zoë: Aww... He looks so cute...
Lindi: He is, isn't he? I can't believe that I finally have a boy too...

 Zoë: Yeah, I'm sure he will be a heart breaker one day...
Lindi: Hopefully there will be other girls one day who's hearts he can break... At this stage, we only got the zombies living with us for the last 30 years... 

 Zoë: Wow! Is that how long you are here already? 

 Lindi: Yeah, it's almost a lifetime and it's a pity we couldn't attract more people to help us with the zombies and rebuild the town.

 Zoë: Yep, people are scared of the virus and although most of the zombies are already dead by now, the chances are there that some of them survived and they can still infect people.
Lindi: Yeah, I'm worried sick every day when you go to work. What if a zombie attacks you? I really don't think you must work.

 Zoë: Aww... I don't mind. I love to go out there and see other people that aren't zombies. And besides, Andrew is always on my side. He won't let anything happens to me.

 Lindi: Mmmm... Am I wrong or do I sense that there's something special between the two of you?
Zoë: "..."

 Lindi: You can tell me...
Zoë: We're just friends...

 Lindi: Are you sure?
Zoë: Yeah, and I need to get ready for work before I'm late...
Andrew was busy building a snowman when Zoë finished her work that day...
Zoë: A guy at work told me that there is a cluster of houses on the other side of the bridge. Can we go and check it out? I'm sure you weren't there at all.
Andrew: Don't you think it's too late to go there now. It will be dark soon...
Zoë: Aww, please? I'm sure it can't be that far and we will be back home before its too dark.
Andrew: How can I say no to a face like that...? And besides, you are right. I wasn't on the other side of the bridge yet. The bridge was covered with zombies all the time...
Zoë: Awesome! Let's go!
After an hour's walk, they see the first houses and checked them out.
Most of the houses are ruined and full of dust and spiders.
And it's really late when they enter the last house.

Zoë: I think we can't go home now. It's too dangerous in the dark. Shall we stay here for the night?

Andrew: Are you sure? What about your parents? They will be worried...

Zoë: Aww, maybe... But what can we do? I don't want to be a zombie snack...

Andrew: True... Then we will stay here. Let's check out the rest of the house and see if there's a bed to sleep on...

Zoë: And a room without spiders, dust, and skeletons... 

Andrew: Okay, there's a double bed in this room and a single bed in the other room. You can pick and choose where you want to sleep.

 Zoe: I think the double bed looks the most comfortable and I really don't want to sleep alone in this creepy house...

 Andrew: I thought you like this house?

 Zoë: I do, but I still don't want to sleep alone in a room. What if a zombie enters the house while I'm sleeping? I need to be near you so that you can protect me...

 Andrew: Okay... I do understand... Luckily I don't bite...

 Zoë: Andrew!

 Andrew: Just joking... You are safe with me and I will protect you...

 Zoë: Thank you very much...

As the days went by Lindi tried not to think too much about Jonah. Luckily the two kids kept her busy. That is what keeps her alive and helps her not going mad. Otherwise, she would have gone outside and looking for him. And that would've been a disaster. She could be Zombie munchies long ago. Episode 1.1 - Zombies Galore

How did 4 friends end up in a campsite surrounded by... ZOMBIES!!!! It's a long story for another day. After hours of waiting for the zombies to leave they decided to go to sleep.  The next morning in daylight they discover 2 apple trees and a vegetable garden in the camp.      Then the guys decided to explore the town for some scrap to build stuff they needed to survive in this town because it looks like if they will stay here for a long time.  But the zombies are also all over the town. Quinton and Andrew take turns to explore the town... They are the Scavengers of their group. Lindi is taking care of everyone and keeping the camp clean and making sure everyone has something to eat. Episode 2.1 - Grown up and a New Job

Bianca: Are you ready for the big world outside the fence, Sis? I really don't know why Dad wants us to go to work? Uncle Andrew and Uncle Quinton are providing for us?
