Episode 1.5 - Spring and a New Place call Home



And the last days of Winter go by quietly as usual...







Bianca: Mommy, I'm hungry...! I want ice cream.

 Lindi: I'm coming, Sweetheart! But you can't have ice cream for breakfast, Sweety! Besides, it's too cold for that now!
Jonah: I really wish you will let me go out with the guys... I can start working on the furniture. That double bed that you want, Lindi.

 Lindi: You can't go now... I can understand you feel trapped and useless... But I need you here. I want to move some furniture around today and clean the floors.
But Jonah can't shred the restless feelings inside of him. He wants to be outside. He wants to do something with his hands. He wants to build that bed Lindi wants. He wants to work in the garden. Back at the camp, he was always busy although he didn't go out of the camp like Andrew and Quinton. But at least he was outside in nature... He wasn't trapped between four walls. These four walls will drive him crazy.

But he helps Lindi to clean the floors and move the furniture...
Later that day Lindi went into labor.
Lindi: Guys you don't help! Go sweep the yard!

 Quinton: We don't have a yard...

 Lindi: Then go fishing...

 Andrew: All the lakes are frozen and besides there are Zombies out there wanting our brains...

 Lindi: Just go count your toes on the other side of the room and leave me alone...
Quinton: Okay guys, you heard her, let's go to the other side of the room and count our toes.
Then after an hour or two Amber, another girl was born. 

And then it's Bianca's birthday...

And she grew up into a child...
Andrew: So, your problems are almost over...

 Jonah: "..."

 Andrew: We are moving back to the camp in a week's time...

 Jonah: Really?

 Andrew: Yep...

 Jonah: That's a relief! I can't wait!

And finally, the big day is here!
The guys really outdid themself with the new house...
Now they just need some beds to sleep on. 

And maybe another couch or two...

And later that same night it's Zoë's birthday...

And she grows up into a teen... Just need to change that hairdo and shoes... Maybe some other clothing too...
Then it's back to normal again with Andrew going out to get supplies...
Jonah is back in his garden and Quinton is teaching Amber to walk... (Oops, I've missed her toddler birthday)
Zoë and Andrew playing a kicky bag. (I really have to change her clothes)
Lindi and Bianca playing tag. 
And Zombies are checking out their new house!
Lindi: Will we ever get rid of them?

 Andrew: Maybe in the next thirty years... Hopefully...

 Lindi: Why did we ever choose to come here?

 Andrew: Adventure...? I can't really remember... We were young.
And then it's Amber's birthday...
The kids really grew up too fast...
Bianca grew up into a teen... She also needs a new hairdo...
Andrew growing up into an adult. (And I've missed Quinton and Lindi's birthdays too, oops)

As the days went by Lindi tried not to think too much about Jonah. Luckily the two kids kept her busy. That is what keeps her alive and helps her not going mad. Otherwise, she would have gone outside and looking for him. And that would've been a disaster. She could be Zombie munchies long ago. Also to keep herself busy she re-arrange the room.  Checking out all the new stuff the guys brought back from their scavenger trips... And then a few months later it's Zoë's birthday... Episode 2.1 - Grown up and a New Job

Bianca: Are you ready for the big world outside the fence, Sis? I really don't know why Dad wants us to go to work? Uncle Andrew and Uncle Quinton are providing for us? And the garden produces food... Zoë: I know... But let's see it as an adventure. I know I don't want to stay here trapped forever? I want to go out and meet other people. I know it's scary with the Zombies still around... But with Andrew... I mean Uncle Andrew walking with me to work every day... Bianca: Do you have feelings for Uncle Andrew? Oh my...!  Zoë: No! Episode 3.2 - A Stranger

Amber is out of the house early the next morning to go apply for a job. Her parents told her to take her brother with but she couldn't bother to wait for him. She's excited to finally start a career and meet other people. On her way back home after getting the job she saw a man lying next to the shoreline... She immediately goes to him and bends down to check for a pulse. He is alive and she decided to drag him to the nearest building. She dragged him all the way into the barn. She makes him comfortable on a bed of hay... After examining him she knows the chances are good that he will survive. He doesn't have any broken bones and just looks dehydrated. She gets water and a cloth in the main house and wet his dry lips. She also wipes his face and forehead. After a while, she decided to go home.
